New SAP Ratings begin at just £50.00 per new dwelling type for Studio and 1 Bedroom Flats
£75 For 2/3 Bedroom Flats and Houses and Larger Properties by Negotiation.
For revisions / changes on a dwelling the cost is £10.00 per consultation, with a £5.00 alteration charge for any repeated dwellings.
